Consultancy to the Construction Industry

Ideality Consultants provides a Client Design Advice (CDA) service for residential and other construction related schemes. Ideality can assist the client to interpret their vision into reality through sustainability, energy conservation and design advice. The CDA role begins from project concept, where the vision is converted into successful compliant projects. At all stages, design compliance and risk audits ensure that schemes are cost effective, sustainable and converted into bricks and mortar (or MMC solutions!).

Director Simon Jones with over 15 years of experience in the construction industry has considerable knowledge and a sound understanding of Modern Construction Methods, Regulations and Legislation within the Social Housing sector and Schools.

The focus of ideality has been created to assist both clients and developers at critical stages throughout a project from conception to completion. Specializing in land audits, design evaluations, Code for Sustainable Homes integration and modelling, Value engineering and Building system GAP analysis, ideality offers value without the permanent overhead.

Working closely with clients and design team members we strive to produce practical and deliverable solutions that are cost effective, sustainable and attractive.
